Private Business Coaching

Private coaching is a great way to corner yourself off with George to grow your business and get straight results with no interference from the outside world. Each program comes with its own commitment time frame and information about your business must be submitted to be considered for these intensive private programs.

Why private coaching instead of "peer groups" or facilitated mastermind groups? While both of these programs have their pluses (I run facilitated group coaching as well), most businesses and their owners do not have enough strucutre in place to jump right into them. In simple terms, unless you find a group that has their businesses at the same level as yours, you will have a hard time "catching up" to them and also can't contribute to the group, which is heavily frowned upon. That's besides the fact that peer groups and group coaching involve little to no individual help. You learn and you're on your own to apply it.

This is counter-productive since the main road block most business owners have is no time to make things happen, no push to make the time available and no true understanding on how to apply things to their individual business. So they get nothing they learned applied. Just like you don't fit your business to a computer application, you can't fit just fit your business to what seems to be working for other businesses.

Strategy Sessions- A strategy session is a quick brainstorm and implement meeting just between you and me. It’s done right over the phone so scheduling is super easy.

One-on-One Monthly Private Coaching Calls: 2 one hour coaching calls (can be modified for more time), one-on-one, every month as well as unlimited email access to me in-between calls. Plus access to recorded webinars, teleseminars and a copy of the Consulting & Service Business Blue Print for Success (valued at $999).

One Day Onsite Audit: George will come to your office for one day. Half of the day he’ll go over your entire business with you from top to bottom. Group Coaching & Mastermind Programs- Group coaching is the way to get the best of both worlds in advice to grow your business as well as relieve the stress and loneliness of being an entrepreneur. If you have a solid business structure in place and have time in your schedule to work "on" the business on a regular basis, this is for you. The program consists of 3 key parts to success; a learning part, a brainstorming part, and an accountability part.

This is a continuous program with acceptance criteria. There is a one year commitment to it (that’s the key to making them work, Rome wasn’t built in a day, right?). An application must be filled out and you must be invited to participate.

 

All-Star Group: This small Mastermind program is made for those that have been through at least 6 months of my 1-on-1 coaching and is invitation only. It consists of a 2 hour phone in group meeting per month, a scheduled 30 minute call in to me 1-on-1 for a strategy session every month, an online forum for Q&A with me and the group as well as quarterly teleseminars with Special Guests. Everyone is eligible for one 10 minute “hot seat” per meeting.

Hall of Fame Group: This small and elite Mastermind program is invitation only for those that have graduated from the All-Star Group . It consists of a 2 day group meeting per quarter, 1 scheduled 60 minute call in to me 1-on-1 for a strategy session every month and an online forum for Q&A with me and the group. Everyone is eligible for one 30 minute “hot seat” per quarterly meeting.
